Future Found Sanctuary debuts Forest Pods in Hout Bay

Future Found Sanctuary, operated by Newmark Hotels & Reserves, has introduced Forest Pods – two new accommodation offerings set within the Hout Bay mountainside.

Positioned between the property’s two main villas, Sky Pod overlooks Constantia Nek while Earth Pod is located within a forested enclave. The pods, designed in collaboration with StudioMAS, prioritise low-impact architecture using curved forms and offset brickwork to blend with the natural landscape.

Each open-plan, en-suite unit includes a king-size bed, lounge, dining area and a private outdoor space. Guests can book the pods individually or as a two-bedroom private retreat.
